About Us

Most lamps are too bright. They're built to fill a room with light, which is useful at eight in the morning and wrong at ten at night. 

Auralune started from a simple preference: the hour before sleep deserves better light. Something low and warm, close to candlelight, that you can put wherever you actually sit. 

So that's what we look for. Solid wood, not plastic pretending to be wood. A battery, so there's no cable across the floor. One button that dims properly, rather than three settings that are all too harsh. 

We're a small operation, based in the UK, and we'd rather sell a few things we'd keep in our own homes than a catalogue of things we wouldn't.
